I’m William Matthew Harriman — Certified Personal Trainer, Barbell Strength Coach, and Nutrition Coach — dedicated to helping clients unlock their full potential through strength training. Over the years, I’ve worked with beginners learning their first lifts, athletes chasing performance goals, and everyday people wanting to feel stronger and more capable. My coaching combines personalized programming, a technique-first approach, and practical nutrition strategies that fit real life. I believe in training that’s challenging but sustainable, results that last, and a process that leaves you feeling confident both inside and outside the gym.
